My first reaction was "Oh, haven't we already done this already?" After the wedding we had so much fun, we said we'd do it all over again, but a year later?, shesh I was thinking like ten years or so... Luckily for everyone involved in the last shindig, when I opened the magazine, he'd bookmarked a page with one his origami swans and there in the most glorious print, was Adrian's 1st anniversary present, a published recount of the wedding in his words.
The laughfying (simultaneously laughing and crying) started the at opening line "This wedding is presented by groom Adrian as a surprise for his wife Samantha, who has no idea she is appearing in a wedding magazine..." and continued through the whole article as I realised that my husband actually pays more attention than I ever thought!
"We chose Julia and David Austen roses. The colours were mainly white with some pale pink and tea colours... stems were bound with dusty pink satin ribbon and pearl-headed pins. We really wanted Camellia's in the bouquet (an homage to Sam's late grandfather), but unfortunately they weren't in season"
I mean seriously darling, you are amazing. This is the most perfect gift for our paper anniversary and I will forever treasure it.
